The law firm of Heidelberg Steinberger, P.A. is pleased to announce that David M. Allen has been named Of Counsel to the firm.

With more than 40 years of widely diverse legal experience, Allen has worked with two of the world’s largest energy firms and has been a partner in two of Mississippi’s regional law firms. His practice is concentrated in commercial real estate transactions, banking and mortgage law, estate planning and probate administration.

He received his juris doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1977 and has continued the pursuit of his educational goals receiving an MBA from Tulane University in 1989 and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Alabama in 2010.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and has been selected by his peers as a “Best Lawyer” since 2012. He is also the author and co-author of several business-focused articles.
