Steinberger Presides at Mississippi Bar Foundation Ceremony

On Thursday, April 5, 2018, Karl Steinberger had the privilege of presiding at the Mississippi Bar Foundation’s Annual Meeting and Fellows Induction Ceremony. The event took place at the Old Capital Inn in Jackson, Ms. and was attended by over two hundred fifty attorneys and their guests. Steinberger, who is the current President of the Foundation, explained the Foundation with the support of the Mississippi Bar Association provides financial assistance for many law related programs and projects, provides scholarship assistance and support to both Mississippi Law Schools, supports law-related public education and has awarded millions of dollars through the IOLTA Trust Account Program and Bank of America settlement funds. Twenty two new members (called “Fellows”) were inducted. New Officers were elected. Two special awards were made.
