Steinberger Speaks at Municipal Attorneys’ Conference

On July 25, 2017, Karl R. Steinberger was one of several speakers at the Mississippi Municipal Attorneys’ Conference, which was held in conjunction with the Mississippi Municipal Association Convention at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS.  His topic was Unemployment Issues Particularly Affecting Municipalities.  Speaking to a group of over one hundred attorneys, Steinberger addressed various aspects of the Mississippi Unemployment Compensation Act including rates, claims procedures, options available to Municipalities that are not available to the private sector, and case law.  The presentation was well received by the group.
