Stephen Burrow recently gave a presentation to aspiring small business owners with the Jackson County Small Business Incubator on legal structures, contracts and general business law. Hosted by the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, Stephen’s presentation focused upon the pros and cons of various legal entities, ideas and tips for invoices and contracts, and common pitfalls and traps for new business owners.
