On November 7th, 2024, HSBA’s associate, Myra A. Cunningham, graduated from the 34th annual leadership program of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce.  Leadership Jackson County is a year-long program designed to identify, educate, and motivate existing and emerging leaders to become involved in the future of Jackson County, Mississippi.  Courses focus on community awareness and building leadership skills.  The group is sought from all segments of government, industry, education, small business, health care, financial, professional, and geographic areas within the community.  From a weekend-long trip to Jackson to visit the Capitol, MS Supreme Court, and Civil Rights Museum, to exploring our local flora and fauna at The Grand Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, this year’s class was able to experience a wide variety of industries and businesses across the state and Jackson County, all the while forming long-lasting connections with fellow classmates across a multitude of sectors.

Myra primarily handles Estate Planning and Probate as well as other Real Estate and Litigated matters.  Her experience from Leadership Jackson County grows her continued excellence in service to her community and clients.
