Tristan R. Armer completed mediator training to be a Kid’s Chance Mediator. Kid’s Chance Mississippi is a 501(c)(3) https://kidschancepay.org/ which provides college scholarships to children with parents who were significantly disabled in an on-the-job injury. A primary source of Kid’s Chance’s funding comes from mediator fees. Kid’s Chance mediators donate a portion of their fees from mediating worker’s compensation cases to the fund which in turn fund the scholarships. Mr. Armer has practiced in the worker’s compensation field for decades representing both employers, carriers and plaintiffs. He will now accept assignments as a mediator for work injury cases as part of his Kid’s Chance mediating.KCM TRA
