Tristan Armer will be one if the instructors at the Fundamentals of Workers’ Compensation seminar on January 28.
The all-day seminar, coordinated by Sterling Education Services, will take placeat the IP Resort Casino Resort from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Armer will overviewworkers’ compensation law and speak in detail about drug testing in the workplace. The seminar is designed for human resource professionals, workers’compensation adjusters, case managers and risk managers to learn both the basics of workers’ compensation law and also other closed related legal issues.
Continuing education credits will be available to those who attend. Armer with the firm in its Pascagoula office. He concentrates on representing employers in workers compensation claims, longshore and harbor workers claims and general liability claims. Armer is past president of the Jackson County Bar Association and was recently selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers Mid South Edition for workers’ compensation.
